Saturday Morning Story Time

Every other Saturday Stamford Community Library will host a story hour program for kids ages 3-6.  Each time we get together we will explore a new theme through stories, activities, and crafts. Parent participation is encouraged and siblings are welcome.  Check out our events page for upcoming dates.

Stamford Community Library is a proud participant in the Vermont Reads program, in which the Vermont Humanities Council invites citizens across the state to read the same book and participate in a wide variety of community activities related to the book’s themes.  In 2019 we will be reading the graphic novel March: Book One, by John Lewis, Andrew Aydin, and Nate Powell.  Check our events page for program dates and click here for more information about Vermont Reads.

Books on Wheels

We know that it isn't always possible for you to get to the library, so let us bring the library to you!  If you find yourself home-bound, and would like to arrange for books to be delivered to your door, we are here to help.  For more information about how to sign up for book deliveries, or to volunteer as a driver,  please contact the library.
